The other day we picked up some wild halibut steaks at Uwajimaya and, after painting them with a little olive oil, tossed them on the grill. Man, oh, man, were they delicious. I STILL enjoy salmon, but after reading this I’ve gone off it a little. And farmed fish, yeesh. No thank you.
