Road to Nowhere

This is the lead photo on Yahoo right now. I had heard many refugees were walking along the interstate to escape the floods. Is this where they’ve all ended up? How heartbreaking.

    J. found another version of this photo on the Austrian press. Apparently it’s the inhabitants of a NOLA prison. According to the caption he read to me, they were moved here on purpose - exactly because there’s nowhere to go.
