Those damned humanitarian do-gooders

This is the kind of guy who probably actually likes George Bush.

Unfortunately, I guess there are enough people in Oklahoma who share James Inhofe’s points of view that the man is in office.

A day for outrage, it seems to be. And a day for being that much more ashamed of being an American. I think that will be the strongest legacy the Bush administration leaves this country–that of making us the worst of the bad guys in the world.

  1. Add to this attitude the estimate that as many as 90% of Iraqis detained are detained by mistake. This is apparently system-wide, not just Abu Ghraib, but one could expect that a similar level of care was taken in the selection of prisoners there.

  2. I saw that pseudo-Senatorial waste of carbon on TV this morning as I was getting ready. I am sure Meg and David wondered from the guest room whom exactly I was screaming at. Remember, this is the same guy who said that the 1994 election that swept him and a bunch of other trash into office was about “God, Gays, and Guns.” He can be “more outraged about the outrage” all he wants–what I want is to see him, Frist, and a few other Stupid White Men in a naked human pyramid with some woman pointing out their shrivelled, wrinkly, tiny private parts.

  3. Damn it Jay! You guessed our wedding present–a picture of Inhofe, Frist, and a few other Stupid White Men in a naked human pyramid with some woman pointing out their shrivelled, wrinkly, tiny private parts!
