		<description>First of all, I totally agree that deregulation sucks...but, it would be nice to have florists know a little bit about flowers.  Here in Oregon we seem to get a lot of plant diseases brought in from California and the ability to recognize such is key to stopping the infestation from spreading.  On the other hand, from what I hear this mostly is the case with trees, not a bunch of irises.  

And I have no problem believing that there is a corrupt system in Louisiana.
