Turducken made easy (well...)

Umm, Paulette... Our good friends at amazingly cool "The Black Table" have a step by step guide to making turducken, and it's damn funny. Wanna try it after the holidays?

Oh honey, that's fantastic. Yes, we should definitely do this. We need to start a tradition of doing these old-fashioned, traditional dishes that take several days to make--turducken, cassoulet, that sort of thing.
